Delivery price is crazy, You can hire a Van from bunnings for $30

    • When it’s priced so aggressively bellow any other retailer the delivery price is pretty fair

    • The van from Bunnings needs a dirver too. You need to factor that in as well.

      • -2

Correct.. You drive the van….. Soo many snowflakes in 2018 Happy paying $100 for delivery.

        • I don't understand… $99 is worth not having to drive 10+ hrs to pick up in Qld?

I wish these guys would deliver to WA. Both JB Hifi and Appliances Online will not match it. Anybody have any ideas for WA. thanks fellow ozbargainers

you wont find it as cheap as this but as the cashback offer doesn't end until 1 Oct, keep googling UA75NU8000W until you find it at around $3500, if the retailer isn't part of the cashback promo then get Appliance Online to price match it as they are part of the promo, eg Buy Smarte had it for $3499 just a few days ago but have now gone up to $3699, keep an eye on that link

      https://www.appliancecentral.com.au/ua75nu8000wxxy-samsung-7…

aren't part of cashback, but may be able to get a pricematch against they have a brick and mortar

      • RobVH good find, looked earlier couldn’t find it on appliance central, have added to post thanks.

Maybe contact them. The same product on their website has delivery to WA for $177.

  • Can never get thew PIXEL code to work - been trying for days and keep getting :

We ran into a problem. Please try again later.

  • Thanks RobVH, appliances online matched that price:)

  • Can't find any review on this. How do I know if it's good?

  • Just go have a look yourself at shop

FYI I have one of these and the stand does not look like the one in the eBay pictures. It looks like the one in appliance central link instead.

    • Yeah on the ebay link you have to click item description to see the correct photo.

Great-footy finals at your place. (OB meetup)

  • Sure this is the 'premium' model?

    • -4

No, anything that isn't a QLED/OLED panel is not premium.

  • Good deal, this is cheaper than the Samsung enhanced partnership program by a pretty long mile!

Great TV and I bought a 75" in June when it first came out just before the World Cup started and this TV had a XBOX One X promotion. Sold the Xbox One X for $550 so ended up costing me $3424.

Picture is great and great 4k upscale. I only have 1080p material includig Netflix in 1080P. Blacks are relatively black. No light vertical rays like on the MU7000 series which I returned after a week for this model NU8000.
I mainly use this TV for Netflix movies, shows and Youtube and Amazon Prime and have seen 4k material on Prime and it's not much better than Netflix 1080p upscale.

The firmware crashes seldom with Netflix app and Netflix needing restart, happened to me a few times.
I also have this TV connected via HDMI Arc to Pioneer vsx932 AVamp connection and it keeps disconnecting the auto off on AVamp turns off the amp and turns back on. Sometimes the audio setup to play from Pioneer AVamp would stop and TV Speakers will play audio. The only fix I know is turning off the both of the TV and Pioneer AVamp from the power switch (NOT Standby) and switching back on and the HDMI Arc link would start working again. Both TV and Amp firmware are up-to-date.

This is starting to cause annoyance. Is this normal for HDMI Arc to do this? I bought the demo Pioneer VSX932 avamp. Now I'm thinking the Pioneer vsx932 AVamp might be faulty but I have also read a lot of issues with HDMI Arc reliability issues in general. This happens when the Pioneer AVamp goes to auto sleep (I have it set to 3mins) if nothing is playing and when I turn it back from standby mode that's when TV and AVamp would loose connection through HDMI Arc, not all the time though, sometimes the amp would play audio from TV again after turning it back on. Would this be the TV fault or Pioneer amp fault or completely normal with HDMI Arc?

Switch to optical out. No handshake required like arc. Only need to buy an optical cable and you're away. I have pioneer 922, the model before yours and a Sony tv. Always perfect.

      • I have PS4 toshlink into Pioneer 923 and this av amp has shortage of optical inputs that's why I'm using TV HDMI Arc to the amp.

Thanks; picked up the last one.

  • Picked mine up from the Newstead store at lunch today.

    • How did you transport it home? Laying down flat or upright?

      • They said to keep it upright and I had my parents van so I just did as they say.

Funny enough when you put the stand on you are instructed to lay the tv on its face on a table since it has some pressure pads on the screen.
