    Big weird here. I ordered after 2pm and Spent $55.48 (Gst $5.04)on Cotton on and got cashback only $0.77.I don't get it :(

        Thank you for that, but I'm new to this world. I signed up shopback and ozbargain today, so can not send private message :( have to wait 1day!
        However, I just found that my actual order number and the order number in treacking email are different, may be this is problem. Or I used $10 voucher that I have, did it make less cashback?

          The info in the website is wrong. For AliExpress, Groupon, Scoopon and eBay, they all say "Excludes taxes, fees or additional extras" but Ebay, AliExpress and Groupon does include the taxes in the cashback calculation as confirmed by the rep

        For the "All other AliExpress items are tracked at 10% cashback", this was an error on our end - it should be 9%.

      My cashback from Groupon was tracked more than 2 hours later (I bought around 23:20) and currently showing at their normal rate :(. Hopefully their support could help as I did it within the promo time (had all proof necessary)

          I wouldn't expect cashback in that case. Groupon usually won't pay out if shopback or cashrewards have to manually add tracking. Unless shopback give it to you out of good will.

      same here. I am sick of the missing tracking issues with both shopback and cashreward. Have logged an issue with shopback, now its going to take 35 days apparently to investigate

        I have had an extremely frustrating time getting cashback from SHOPBACK.
        first no tracking. I had to log an missed cashback.
        Took over a week to investigate and then they sneakily only gave me a random $7 cashback on my $75 purchase.
        Then when I queried this amount they said oops, we'll bump it up to $15 as a special favor to you.
        that's $20 less than the advertised 49% cashback.
        I would never have bought anything if not for this promo.
        This is super dodgy and I would advise anyone to NOT use shopback.

          +1 to this, almost exactly the same scenario. Shopback registered that I’d clicked through their site to Cotton-On but no cashback tracked so I questioned it and they gave me $12 on a $132 purchase instead of the capped $50.

          Sent through another query about it and now they want another copy of the order confirmation….that I’d already sent them in the first instance.

          Very poor indeed!!
