        Well deal isn't for you.
        Have just been looking at around this size fittings at Bunnings. You can buy ones with LEDs already installed (starting at $19 - the one I bought).

        Possibly designed to replace circular fluro tubes in older fittings.

        Can't see there will be much interest in this deal.

  5,000K - is more cool white, and with the low CRI of LEDs, this will be anything but "protective towards eyes". For that you'll want 3,000K and 100% CRI.
