    not bad for hardly normals

  • Hows this compare to the DEll inpsiron gaming for 999

    • Better then Dell's for gaming for sure

    • Better GPU, as 1060 6GB is almost twice as fast as 1050Ti.

  • With gaming laptops, are you supposed to play games while they are plugged in?
Or could you just play them on their own?

It's complicated. The more GPU/CPU-intensive a game is, the more resources it takes up, the quicker it drains your battery. So if you're playing a recently-released AAA game on high settings, you'd hardly have any time to play on battery. But I think you could get a few hours if you were playing like a 2D indie title or a game that came out a decade ago.

Some devices go into battery-saver mode automatically if they aren't plugged in. It will extend the battery life at the cost of performance, so you might have to turn battery-saver off or turn down your game's settings.
