Nah not really, its a little out of the way from the CBD. More of a light commercial/industrial area.

are these 64mb or 32mb cache? 4 of 3 platters, based on the model number these are 64, but it states 32 here

OK, I missed the discrepancy but would believe the manufacturer's own spec's over a retail outlet any day.
