Promotion is for PlayStation 4 1TB Console + SPIDER-MAN for $479!

However, after adding the above two items into your cart, you can also add ANY 3 "PlayStation Hits" games without any additional cost.

In other words, you get a PS4 with 4 games for $479.

At checkout, the PS4 would be listed as $479 with each of the four games at $0.

Since this appears to be a glitch, this order would only be available online Click&Collect or delivered (+ P&H).

Unsure when they will fix this glitch. So, act fast.

      Find the 3 Playstation Hits games you want and add to cart.

      I tried adding The Last of Us instead of Uncharted 4 and it works.

    Why is PS4 more expensive than Xbox one s? I have no idea about PlayStation as I have always had Xbox and am not a regular gamer but I have seen Xbox one s selling for around 200 dollars with games and was wondering how is this a deal compared to the Xbox one s ?

      Supply and demand. PS4 has been steadily rolling out great exclusives whereas xbox games have been quite stagnant not to mention that they are available on pc which reduces incentive to buy one really.

      You wont find a cheap PS4 atm sadly, I have seen Xbox One S for $200 and under even.
      Maybe wait till Xmas

      If you disregard the games then the Xbox One S is the better system as it can play 4k blu rays. PS4 is only slightly more powerful than the S but not by that much.

        Hmm. Thanks for the info. I use my Xbox as media device mainly now a days. I was just wondering it cost more than the s as a hardware. ( I thought It cannot play 4k so should be less prowerful). But guess it is better at gaming graphics despite being only full hd.

          It's not like the XB1 offers absolutely nothing in terms of games. Some may even prefer Xbox exclusives like Halo, Forza, Gears, etc over Sony's exclusives. Just from an objective standpoint the XB1 S offers more bang for the buck with the 4k player. I still prefer my PS4 but the lack of a 4k blu ray player is disheartening.

      Mainly due to the PS4 exclusives. Another reason is that PS4's GPU is more powerful than XB1/S. Most 3rd party titles will push for 1080p on PS4, but certain games can only do dynamic resolution up to 1080p on XB1/S.

      It comes down to whether you want to play PS4 exclusive titles. Spider-man is the latest exclusive title. Other titles are: God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, Uncharted 4, Shadow of Colossus (remake), The Last Guardian, Bloodbourne, GT Sport, Ratchet & Clank and quite a number of other titles.

      Value for money, XB1S (at properly discounted price) is better. However, the PS4 exclusives are great. If you only care about multi-player games, then XB1/S would be a good choice.

      Microsoft are employing a strategy called loss leadership (or selling at very thin margins). The hoped result would be attracting more consumers to the XBOX brand. It irks me that console wars exist and this has helped companies like Sony become very complacent this generation. If the market was split 50/50, the Slim would at least have a 4k drive and the technologies in the Pro would be much more advanced.

    Last year JB were doing the slims for 280 I think with a 500gb drive, many other places were doing it for 300, has been this price a few times before, but that's the cheapest it's been.

    Spider-Man is 70 at the usual suspects as well. Add in the 3 Platinum games that can be got for 20 odd pretty often at Target or Big W and you've got 130 on the games alone, at their best prices. That's 430 total if you bought everything at the cheapest prices you could (not counting the 280 sale, it was like one or two days only IIRC, but they could be got for 300 a bit more often), then factor in the larger hard drive space compared to the 500gb (let's give that another 30/40 odd value) and the end result is, this deal is basically the best you'd be able to do without waiting a few months on Spidey to drop in price.

    Also Spider-Man is (profanity) great. It's not as good as Spider-Man 2 in many areas and don't let anyone tell you it's straight up better because it's not, but it is DAAAAMN (profanity) good. This a great Spidey game right here and I cannot wait for the inevitable sequel.

      was about to say the same thing regarding cost since there has been deals on ps4 slim for $229 at Amazon and so on. 2TB (this deal has 1TB only) hard drive costs around $80, Spiderman for $70 and the old but new label games are less than $20 if bought digitally, some even less than $10.

      I slipped an SSD into my Pro, no regrets on that. If suggest people are better off getting the 500GB model and an SSD while they are cheaper for a more pleasant experience by quicker loader screens.

    I thought this was for a pro. Wouldn't pay this for a std PS4 (which I already have).

    Spiderman looks fantastic on my regular PS4 and C8.

    I upgraded my XB1 to a XB1X and yeah there was difference. Worth doing.

    Given how little the difference is between the PS4 and PS4 PRO I don't think upgrading would be worth while.
