my keeps saying “We ran into a problem please try later”
do people have solutions?
This happened to me for a few weeks, call eBay, they will fix it for you
how do you call ebay?
EDIT (1341 hrs):
called them - thanks for the tip. apparently, my ebay account was registered in the US all this time - since i registered more than 15 years ago… wtf??!
funnily enough, it was only recently over the last 3 months that the codes refused to work, until then, all discount codes and voucher codes have been working. so after calling them, and speaking to a guy who appeared half-interested in my sorry situation, they changed the “registration locale” whatever that is to australia - i couldn’t seem to find this setting in the ebay website and therefore needed the damn call centre to fix it up for me.
took them a mere minute (after being transferred from person to person multiple times) to change the locale and then the code worked - thanks for the tip MR TAN.
Haha glad it worked out, same thing happened to me after all codes not working at all, mine was registered to US as well (10 year old account), i think they only recently cracked down on location needing to match up, but yet they didn’t give us a way to fix it ourselves
I'm getting the same.
EDIT: eBay chat sorted me out - code worked great.
Now only selected items.
is LG A9Multi2x 20% off plus cashrewards 1% a good deal? how is it compared to dyson v8?
Having had this vacuum for a month I can vouch for it. Great suction, double swappable batteries is a huge feature. And easy to clean. I have never had a v8 but I can confidently predict that you won't be disappointed with the LG CordZero.
You're welcome. And the price is $70 cheaper than what I paid so good deal imo.
selected items only.. boo
thanks op got me a grinder, missed out on the last 20% off as they sold out quickly
panasonic SD-ZB2512 for $240/$250 delivered is pretty good
Yep I was looking at the same. Been waiting for this since i realised the Myer ebay sale price was still more than Bing Lees everyday price
yeah haha same. pulled the trigger, the reviews are too good
4k Samsung 28 inch $319
I own one, it’s a TN panel, so you need to be right in front to appreciate it, however if you are in the market for a cheap 4K it’s pretty good.
Thanks OP, grabbed a grinder
Gear S3 Frontier
Not a bad deal for around $320
TVs wont be delivered to Melbourne Metro :(
TVs won't be delivered to anywhere other than the greater Sydney area. Shockingly poor logistical reach for a retail chain hoping to be an online retailer.
Anything special on the Chromecast 2?
This is what I was looking for and couldn't seem to find it.
Then I found this and others around the same price ($20): https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/For-Google-Chromecast-HDMI-1080P...
Seems to be a few sellers with high ratings and ebay Plus at the same price. Yet Officeworks is still advertising for around $50.
What do people think?
This is not the real Chromecast made by Google. Its a knockoff which probably uses the same software. Thats why they call it "For" Google Chromecast HDMI 1080PDigital Media Video Streamer 2nd Generation AU.
Hmmm, some where calling it Chromecast. I will have to look again.
Thanks though. I thought it might be something like that.
@not a bargain: the logo isn't that of Google Chromecast's as well. Beware of ripoffs, mate.
Just bought one,and picked up from local store in less than 2 hours.
Do you mean v2 or Ultra?
Aldi was selling pretty much the same thing as the Sonicare DiamondClean for like $20 a few weeks back, how the heck can they justify $500 for that thing!?
No Breville Dual Boiler BES920 deal :(
They never have good deals on this.
Always best to buy that unit with two or three AMEX cards at HN.
Are you referring to the $50 cash back Amex offers ?
I think it's spend $400 and get $100 back.
Not sure we'll see it until sometime next year. Probably better to just bite the bullet.
