  • IMO the P3418HW for $750 is a really good price.

This still seems too expensive for a TN (rather than IPS) monitor with no gaming features (FreeSync, High refresh rate, etc)

Thanks… I have been looking at this monitor for awhile and did not realise it was only TN. I guess I will keep looking…

    • Actually I realise I was looking at this one: Dell UltraSharp U2718Q .. lol obviously dyslexic… this one is IPS…. and with POLLEN is about $700

  • I think I may have a $60 voucher if anyone is interested. Couldn't find anything worth my while that I couldn't find cheaper on eBay or needed.

    • I’d be keen on taking up your offer.

  • Why would anyone buy a 4k TN? makes no sense

  • Is this good enough for some gaming and mainly work? Dell sent me a $120 off voucher so it brings this screen down to $439 with 3 year warranty and delivered.

  • lol tn at this price? Dell-irious?

  • You can buy equivalent Samsung 4k 28inch for $319 from Bing Lee.

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-Samsung-LU28E590DS-XY-28-UHD…

    • Take that back they have removed the listing

  • In the market for a 4k monitor with decent adjustable brightness and good viewing angles.. looking at 32" minimum 40" maximum.

Can be 60 hz for now at 4k as I probably won't get a 1080ti or rts equivalent for awhile but want to watch some content in 4k in the meantime and still be able to game at 1080p but on the same monitor instead of buying two.

Speakers optional (they can be an all in one benefit for me for laziness and convenience but I do have some external speakers to utilize)

  • If anyone is buying from the dell website I have a $90 voucher, which I am happy to sell for $50. Expires October 6th.
