Good mouse, using one as i broke the reciever on my g403, had to get the whole set replace instead of receiver, not much difference to the g407 besides the wireless charging. Battery is pretty good, last about a week with leds of before needing a charge at 5 hour daily usage

Hi mate, mind if I ask a few things about this mouse? I've been interested in this mouse for quite some time BUT all wireless mouse I have so far have a bit of lag whenever I'm playing FPS games, that's why I've always used a wired mouse all this time. I myself have a Logitech MX Anywhere 2S and that one has the same issue.

Does this mouse have the lag issue as well?

I have no lag issues at all. I use it on FPS and other games.

It’s one of the only wireless mice to be used in tournaments. It’s also been tested somewhere. Highly recommend it it’s awesome.

        • For real? Wireless mouse with no lag at all on FPS games?? O.O

Hmmmm if this is true then I might try to buy it and see for myself

        • @blue2609: Well some of the more expensive ones are practically lag-less. A lot of pros in CS:GO use wireless mice nowadays…and they're pros who do it full time. Even though this is more on the budget side of things I doubt the latency would be THAT bad to make you regret your purchase.

I've had this mouse for a few months now and it's quite great on the latency department. I don't even notice it playing fps and the battery lasts almost 4-5 days with fairly high usage. I just plug it in to charge overnight and good for another 4-5 days.

      • No lag whats so ever, even the pros use it, and if they are using it for tornaments where every millisecond counts, its good. I have it, i play alootta comp, very good mouse, one thing you have to check for is the double click issue, the first g407 i had had one, just got it swapped out at bing lee, was pretty good service from logitech

      • Does your mouse have line of sight to the receiver?

  • bought one. thanks

May I ask if the middle click is a quite stiff like other Logitech mice?

  • bought at full price. hardcore FPS shooter here.

changed the battery too much smaller one, turned off all RGB last 10hours continuous usage no problem.
changed switch to personal preference (all the factory ones are basically trash)
changed feet to personal preference (hyper glide)
modded the casing, to save more weight.

The G603 can be very similar for those who are not very familiar with Logitech, basically, the G603 has the same shape, but the button shell is not split design, and it uses AA battery instead of built-in LiNo battery.

The split shell design is what makes the whole line up so unique and good clicking feeling (they call it machinic design).

bought another one as back up for ranked games…

    • I have a wired G703 and the wireless G603. The buttons on the G603 are noticeably heavier. The shell could be contributing to this, but even with the shell off, the switches seem to require more force than my G703.

Just to also add to the charging issues. It lasts about 30 hours on full charge. So if you're home a lot that's about 3-4 days. However, it takes barely any time to charge, and you can use the mouse while it's charging. I've never had an issue with the charging functionality. If it gets low just plug it in for a bit and it'll be close to full in no time.

  • Thanks, was recently looking to buy one of these. MSY is selling them for $129

  • How does this compare to the logitech g502 that they also sell?
