Sign up, install their browser extension and use it to click through to the merchant before you check out. Within 24h of checkout you should get an email saying your purchase was tracked and when the cashback will be available to withdraw (usually several weeks).

WOW shopback is very unreliable with their cashback. Had to report the cashback manually which took 8 days since purchase, then when they finally gave it, it is 3.5% instead of their advertised 20%. Definitely did it within the advertised period. Dodgy dodgy…
exactly the same with me. I also got the same outcome too. Sent another email asking for the 20% as I wouldn't have made the purchase otherwise. I've got my ASOS package since yesterday but won't open it until I know if I will get the 20% off or not
