After adding items to your cart, just use code APCGEVIP in the "Promo Code" section to receive a discount on your items.
The discount is not a specific percentage or value, but you'll usually get about 2-3% off large ticket items.
Once you've used the coupon code once, it will be applied to your account and you won't have to enter it again.

i have never seen PLE coupon code before, how do you get one?
I have no idea what I'm saying but maybe through a newsletter? I never see a code for the store either. The only PLE deals I see are sales they made themselves.
Note that all product pages for which a discount is available shows "You save $x with trade discount!".
The discount doesn't seem to be available for bundle items or certain other items (e.g., the BenQ monitor for which I posted a deal yesterday).
i just tried on one product $279 (Samsung 970 Evo 500GB M.2) and only get $4 off, so that's only 1.43% off
Title does say 'Up to 5% off' not '5% off'.
I'm curious as to where this code was found, and also the likelihood of having its benefits revoked.
