5 star totally legit ratings based on 72 reviews, must be good!

    • We had several 2 & 3 star reviews which we followed up on. After offering money back to those people they were happy to remove the reviews. That's why it looks a little biased. Sorry! :)

let me know if you have any questions.

      Regards

100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE If you don’t get at least 1 shade whiter

What about 3-4 shades? You are spending $127.96 after-all. If I wanted a guarenteee on 1-shade I'd buy a $5 White Glo tube from Coles

    • Hey there! Some people start at a shade which is basically as white as you can get naturally (without veneers). It's impossible to get any whiter which is why our guarantee only says 1 shade.

Let me know if you have any questions

      Regards

Amazon listing is full of fake reviews, make of that what you will.

That may be a useful comment but I don't see how that justifies negging the deal. Have you found a better deal elsewhere? Do you claim this is a scam product?

I'd spend $35 on the ORAL-B whitening strips can confirm they work wonders and are Enamel safe according to Oral B, that's just my two cents though.

    • There’s plenty of good options out there! No denying that! ☺️

Hope you can find something that meets your needs!

      All the best,

      Alex

Well done OP for responding to posts here. You barely see any reps reply, and most who do only reply for a short time then bail when the heat is applied. Can't see this hurting your rep here.

    • Always happy to have a chat, even if people are a little critical. :)

Plus any feedback we get helps us develop better quality products moving forwards!

Just let us know if you have any questions.

Activated charcoal is about $10 for ~100 uses. Probably does a better job.

    • -1

Happy for you to test them both and let us know which works better? ;)

But seriously… have heard great things about charcoal. Might need to expand the product range in the near future.

      All the best!

I'm a fan of your return policy - that you can't guarantee results and that things can be unpredictable. Nice.

How about you make sure you're clear that "natural teeth whitening" doesn't remove plaque, calculus or staining? Indeed - it actually accentuates these stains, and in most cases, your clients are happy for a few months, but end up returning to dentists (where they get charged a healthy sum for a scale and clean).
You really can't guarantee a result unless you physically examine the individual's teeth first and make that decision.

Are you sure that your product isn't covering up a deeper issue the individual may have? Perhaps they have decay or something that needs to be fixed?

This sort of business is completely unethical, immoral, and doesn't last for too long. Enjoy the cash while it comes, and maybe next time - do something that will benefit fellow humans, as opposed to this short-term get rich-quick scheme you're doing.

    • Hey there!

Sorry we updated our return policy page to represent our money back guarantee. Not sure why you got the old page. Will look into it for you.

"it actually accentuates these stains, and in most cases, your clients are happy for a few months, but end up returning to dentists (where they get charged a healthy sum for a scale and clean)."

I'm sorry are these claims substantiated? We've never heard of anything like this ever before.

I will add that by no means are we claiming that our products are a replacement for proper dental/oral hygiene. You should always consult with a dentist before using our products if you have any concerns.

Also, our FAQ page states that people who have gum disease or gums in poor condition, have overly sensitive teeth, wear braces, have had recent oral surgery, have decayed teeth, have roots exposed, have jaw problems and/or are allergic to ingredients in the gel should not use this product.

I'm sorry that you have several issues with our product and that I've wasted your time. I just posted this because I thought people here might find value in the offer… appparently not.

I'll speak with a moderator and ask for the offer to be removed.

      Best wishes,

      Alex

        Are the claims substantiated?

I work at the University of Queensland as a postgraduate researcher, with a previous background as a dentist. Just because you haven't heard of issues before does not mean they do not happen. Interestingly you state above that you refunded many customers after negative reviews - surely there was a hint there somewhere?

A patient's safety is the priority always. Dentists charge a bucketload, and there's no denying that. But finding cheaper ways and offers to have a healthy looking smile can end up with several issues in the long run.

Indeed you may state now that you are not claiming your products are a replacement for proper dental hygiene (and if you did, there would certainly be legal repercussions), but quite often the consumer may not be aware of underlying issues they have.

Alex I appreciate your attempt at an honest discussion here, but I believe the underlying issue is with take home whitening products in general, that are used in lieu of proper oral hygiene and maintenance.

        • That's good to know. I'll be honest a lot of people in here throw claims around so it's nice to know there is someone in here that knows what they're talking about. My apologies! :)

The refunded ones were only because they didn't see a big enough improvement in the whiteness of their teeth.

These are fantastic insights though. Would love it if you could send me a link to yours or anyone else's research so I could do a bit of reading.

I totally agree that the consumer is not always 100% aware of underlying issues. We try and do our best to communicate this with them but unfortunately there's a lot they should know and people don't always want to read it.

Anyway, this offer should be removed shortly.

          All the best!

          Alex.

I'm sorry but I agree with JimJanz and Godric.

Most of your Amazon reviews are most likely FAKE.

Most of your reviewers are first time reviewers with "verified purchases".

In any case weren't sodium bicarbonate toothpastes taken off the market because of the damage it does to teeth?

    • Hey there!

Our company only launched at the end of last year just before Amazon launched in Australia.

When we launched our #1 company value was to provide better customer service than any other company out there, both before purchase and after purchase.

I will admit we had several people who wanted better results but as we were proactively following up with them they never left bad reviews. From the feedback you've given me it seems bad reviews are good reviews in this case.

Regarding them being first time reveiwers.. Amazon was only launched right when we started getting reviews. Wouldn't it make sense for them to be new to the platform? Sorry it's just we worked hard to provide excellent customer service and provide a quality product that we thought people would genuinely find value in… Only to be told our reviewers are fake? Is this level of customer service not valued anymore?

Sodium bicarbonate can come in differnet forms (pastes, powders, gels) and each product will contain a different percentage. There are no issues with our product.

I'm sorry that you have several issues with our product and that I've wasted your time. I just posted this because I thought people here might find value in the offer… appparently not.

I'll speak with a moderator and ask for the offer to be removed.

      Best wishes,

      Alex.

      • Welcome to the internet and Ozbargain op, harsh place at times.

The use of these products perhaps requires regulation @dps @serpent, maybe a better place to focus some efforts to drive real change.

I kind of feel like the op is a small player, trying to make some income on a product he found that's popular and has a bit of cream in it, also one that's so easily available it's not funny. Yet we go what feels like the jugular in a heart beat…
