      It's an old game. Offering it up for free will push the game higher in the game download charts, which will give the game and the developer some attention.

      Not a bad strategy judging by the latest reviews (predominantly 5*), most likely because of the fact the reviewers got the game for free…

      Also, the game has in-app purchases.

      I don't like pay-to-win games, but I disagree with giving the poster a negative. The original game is free, thus a bargain.

      Nevertheless, I still didn't download the game either.

        Yeah, but if they change the mechanics of it along with making it free it doesn't matter about the original price.

      I agree. I had played this game when it was absolutely free, good game but this is not a bargain.
