Log on to the Netflix website, close your account. (Don't worry, you won't lose anything.)
It will tell you that your account will continue to be available as usual until the next billing date.
After that date, access Netflix (must do this at the TV) and you will be able to reactivate your same account (same user ID, password) and then you will be billed through iTunes.
Just want to add to this that, when they say TV, they mean an Apple TV (Netflix App), you can also do it on a iPhone or iPad. Rumour is that Netflix is looking at soon stopping iTunes billing :(

Oh no they called you too? Just last week I had to pay 2365$. They kindly dropped the overdue charge of 680$ because I paid by iTunes cards.

The scam usually revolves around people pretending they are from the ATO. Telling the people they call that they owe money to the taxation office. Then telling them that they accept itunes gift cards as payment.
Most people will not fall for this type of scam but clearly some do. Or this scam will not continue.
Netflix need to cut off ties with Apple, so we can get back to normal 25% and above discounts!
