For anyone that's having trouble checking out try this. I was having the same problem checking out. I solved this by entering my billing address as a new address and not selecting my address from the dropdown menu.

Credit probably takes a few hours to be applied to the account(based on past credit offers). Their marketing team must be ahead of their accounts management guys.
$5 credit = 2.5 x plastic buckets…cant ask for much more than that!

I think the redesign has broken certain elements of the website. I remember being able to search for everything <$5. Now I have to look through each section individually.
And is it me or has SCA put their prices up by quite a bit lately? Used to be able to get cans of WD40 for $5, now WD40 is $7+.
@t25: definitely has. it's now worse than repco's site, and we used to take the piss out of that heaps.
it's also seems slower for e.g. checking for other stores' stock takes way too long

Usually they only appears on the actual sale days and if you don't use it on that specific day/s, you forfeit it. So wait till tomorrow and check again if you don't see it now

I got 2 of ToolPRO 14 Compartment Organisers for exactly $5, which makes it perfect to use up the $5 credit and I am sure anyone can make a good use of the organizers.

Do you have to be subscribed to their marketing emails to get the credit? Logged into my account and there's nothing. Didn't get any emails because I unsubscribed from the marketing emails - didn't realise they give free credit from time to time.
Got the emails and credits to both my SCA accounts however when I use one of the $5 credit, the other disappeared.
