          I would say I have an okay physique, I stay pretty lean at 80kg/180cm/20yr. Obviously not the biggest guy in the world but my arms fill out large t-shirt sleeves. My lifts are 160/120/195 at my current bodyweight, and I have my first novice powerlifting meet coming up in February.

      I suggest downloading the pricehipster extension. You can set target price for most items (not all) and it will email you if the price drops below. There might be better extension/websites out there, so I'll keep a lookout for more comments. :)

      In my opinion, the Gold Standard one tastes better. MyP and BN would have the better nutrition profile, but to myself and many others, the taste is also important. Especially when your getting a bag this big with approximately 135 serves.
      On the other hand, buying from BN, you're supporting and Australian business. I just don't like the texture and taste of BN.

      Taste and mix-ability of ON is in a league of its own. Also because I'm trying to gain weight the slightly higher carbs isn't a bad thing.

      I have heard from many friends in the US that MyProtein has a lot of fillers on its products, making their products are higher in Protein volume, but they are useless Protein.

      Bulknutrients is supposed to be low cost because no marketing.
      Their main product from memory is WPC as well.
      Kind of like Xiaomi, good value for money

      Optimum nutrition is one of the top trusted brands from America.
      Sort of like Samsung/Sony flagship.

      If you can you get a Samsung/Sony flagship phone for even cheaper than a xiaomi, that's amazing!

      Bulk nutrients sells WPI at the below prices
      4kg = AU$124 (AU$31.00 each)
      5kg = AU$149 (AU$29.80 each)

      So estimate for 4.5kg would be $136.50

      Optimum nutrition here is $80!

        Despite this, it really isn't that much cheaper than ON imo. BN taste artificial last I tried and didn't mix as well as ON. I've had my fair share of brands and always come back to it.
