        Also if you are really trying to clear these stocks out, why are you selling them higher than your previous post?

        Also also in the previous post it was 50% off the $29.99 RRP making it $14.99. Can you explain how is this post 50% off RRP when the selling price is higher at $17.49?

        Have a neg for trying to pass this on as a deal when you artificially inflated the RRP. And also for dumping this here instead of recalling your crappy product.

    In the reviews:

    They offered me pretty much a free one to write a good review, not happy with this practice, now this means I can't trust reviews on Amazon.

    Right. A little concerned that Ozbargain is becoming a dumping ground for random Amazon crap and possibly dodgy sellers over the last few months…

    I was actually interested in purchasing unitl I read the user reviews.

      You saw the comment, yes, there are some problems with the product he bought. In this case, we usually give him a new one for free. If he think the product is good, we will invite him to left a review by the way. Amazon supports seller to invite some customers to write their review, but does not support the use of bribes.     If I buy taotronics receiver with aptx do I also need headphones with aptx or does the receiver take care of the lag

    Just for games and movies in middle of the night would like the sound to be in headphones only if possible

      Both devices must support the APTX profile you wish to use. So both devices must support Low Latency if you wish to have low latency.

      Bluetooth and aptX are not involved between the headphones and the receiver: they connect to each other through cables, possibly requiring an intermediate headphone amplifier depending on the audio output circuit of the receiver.

      Or do you mean "if I buy taotronics transmitter with aptx do I also need Bluetooth headphones with aptx or does the transmitter take care of the lag"? And the answer to this question is "every device in the Bluetooth wireless chain must support aptX for it to work, otherwise Bluetooth will fall back to A2DP".

      Hey Mate, for aptX to work both the transmitter and receiver (headphones/speaker) have to have aptX.

      If you want sound through headphones only, if connecting by 3.5mm cable most TV's will automatically switch to headphones only for sound or if that doesn't work or if connecting by RCA or optical cable you should be able to select how your TV outputs sound in your TVs audio settings.
