Excellent bed. Bought it last year for ~$250 shipped. The Cappuccino color looks shit in pics, but in reality its a really nice color. More like a dark chocolate color. The wood used is lightweight but very strong. The craftsmanship is okay. Looks great in kids room and matches perfectly with dark wooden floor and a big space saver too. Highly recommended.
My 2cents. Recently brought an outdoor seating set and dining table. Both had serious faults and cracks. One seeming made by people who can't measure properly.
After a long time of trying to get luxo to take responsibility and refund had to escalate with PayPal. They still didn't come to the party and PayPal offered a full refund but I had to pay for return shipping whicharges ended up being more than they were worth.
Filed a complaint with fair trade against both luxo and PayPal and got a full refund whilst keeping the cappy furniture.
Bad customer service just trying to fob me off. Would avoid.
$110 shipping to regional Vic is just a bit too high for me.
