    • I bought it the same time as you and received after a month plus. Obviously not the fastest shipping

  • Pity they need to be connected to the internet to work in LAN mode with Homebridge.

Lightbulbs should not require internet access

    • But China wants to have your wifi access.

  • Does anyone know how to use this with HomeKit or Alexa?

    • Very easy with Alexa (and Google home really). You simply load the skill on the Alexa config web page and give it your yeelight online acct.
I have had Google since christmas and bought Alexa in January. Had everything set up with Google and home assistant. Alexa has issues running with a local Home Assistant for me as it wants the same port as my email server. Decided do just set up Alexa the standalone way, like you will be, and am blown away with how quick Alexa responds to commands for home control. Lights change within a second and she then says OK. With Google, it thinks for a few seconds, then says it will do it, then a few seconds later the light is activated.
