Hey guys, not a straight forward deal but I wanted to share my saving with you all as I've been making some good savings on this site.

Dell Business Centre was pushing me hard for a sale today and kept calling me. I literally sent them the ozbargain link below and said I was willing to wait until it happened again. I didn't think theye could but I negotiated to buy 2 @ $209 and they agreed. I think they are desperate to make sales targets.

  I am waiting for the U2410 to go on special. It shouldn't be too far away before U2411 comes out.

    I thought they go on two year cycles…. so won't be long till the U2412 comes out (considering I got my U2711 in July 2010)

  That past deal had up to $100 cashback from paypal too…which made them $175 each delivered if you bought 3…

        Yep, they attempted delivery to the wrong address (despite them confirming the delivery address correctly), and they did not leave a card to let me know they attempted delivery.

        Very unimpressed and Dell are not offering any form of compensation. I was not satisfied with the way they handled my complaint and having to hold over 30 minutes to reschedule my delivery. I'm reluctant to get Dell more business by posting the invoice up.

        I would be happy to show you the invoice offline, but not willing to post it online anymore.

    Hey there, they only got delivered late last week after there was a big mixup on their part. No compensation for lost productivity either.

    No invoice was included with the order. I logged in to check if I could print a copy out but it's not there. It only says:

    "Your original invoice will be sent to the billing address indicated in your order approximately
    2 weeks after delivery. Tax Invoice will be generated once goods received and accepted by customer, it is not the sales order date"

    You obviously want it sooner, what if I give you my order number, maybe they can price match it like that by looking it up? There will probably be a bunch of nasty comments in there on my part for their stuff up! :)

      No real hurry to get the monitor, I can probably wait a couple of weeks for the Tax Invoice. However, I'd really appreciate it if you could email me your order number, so that I can try to ask Dell for the same deal. Hopefully, they can learn from your 'constructed' comments … LOL. BTW, what's the monitor like?
