Thanks OP. Bought one. But not sure what to use it with.
Dashcam does not support this big. Phone and car radio have no slot. Security cam is cloud only. And already have an SSD for portable hard drive. :D

    • Right, Amazon is cheaper with the cashback.

    • Got one from Amazon with $6.60 cashback from Cashrewards. Looking forward to expanding my New3DS games library.

  • good cards but do not use in ur dashcams or survillance cameras

    • Why and which one should you use?

      • Two reasons:

1, SDXC is often too new for cheaper devices which only have SDHC support, so, sometimes only the first 64gb will be recognised, because it doesn't like ExFAT.

        But, it should work.

2, it's a cheaper rated microSD, which is fine for files, but not video.

If you need 4k recording, the speed might not be enough for 4k on the UHS-1.

again, depends. Dash cams are usually 1080p/1440p 2k, and some use capacitor buffers so they can write to slower sd cards if the power cuts out suddenly.

UHS-3 or faster are a bump in price for faster storage, used for high res camera stills and 4k video.

Same product is on sale for $49 (+$15 delivery) on their website. Don't support eBay price jacking "sales".

Is it a crime for companies to offer specific pricing on their own website? Hardly a price jack, clearly a special click frenzy price as advertised here under massive storage deals.

The $69 price has been the same since the sale started, the $49 price only went live last night.

It must be a joke from their part …and Ebay too

4th dot point on the Amazon listing:

This is an aftermarket of generic part

      ?

      Thanks! Ordered direct instead.

    • This is confusing me because 49+15 = 64 bucks?

So even though price jacked on ebay I'd come out almost 5.15 in front?

      • +1

$5.15 minus the cost of ebay plus.

        • -1

I see.. I see… they've gone and jacked it anyway to 69 dollars.

$15 delivery for a micro sd card

    • +1

Have you never heard of flat rate shipping before?

      • +7

$15? It deserves a flatbed first class shipping.

    • +1

But remember it's not just the micro SD card - there's also the relatively gigantic SD adaptor that is sent along with it!

      • It still fits into a standard letter package…at $15 they're having a lend.

    • Yeah, that is ridiculous.

    • Most thm just shove it in an envelope which would cost them $1.50 at most

  • +3

Cheaper through their own website. $49 + delivery. $59 landed for me.

  • tech question - why is this 200 GB instead of 256 GB? I thought memory should be a power of 2? Where did the rest go?
