  • I received mine yesterday. Was ordered last week on 14/11.

  • We appreciate the patience and co-operation of all our customers. Our main aim is to get the sims posted as soon as possible hence we are first concentrating on the dispatch and then sending notifications to customers.

    • Hello. Due to the large number of orders that we have received we first try and send the delivery and then later send notification. So basically when you receive the notification of the order being completed the order has already left our warehouse.

      Please note we are based in Perth in WA and generally take 3 business days to dispatch the goods and it takes 3-5 business days for deliveries to the Eastern States via standard post.

    Ordered on 15 November, dispatched ("completed" on their end) one week later on 22 November, and finally received today - almost two weeks later - on 5 December… All up, it took 3 weeks from placing the order and receiving it. Great deal but really, really slow service.

    Just letting everyone know, ported successfully on Saturday 22nd December at 10:30am but when I inserted sim into the phone at 2pm it still said SOS mode. They tried to fix it but due to no real phone number to call, only email exchanges were made. They said it could be a faulty SIM card so they sent a replacement on the 27th. To this date, still no phone working sim as I’m waiting for it in the post. Shiet company to deal with. Anyone else had this problem? This neg is for shiet customer service with belong team as they don’t have a phone number to call when urgent. Shouldn’t have tried them

  • Have been trying to activate my starter pack and it keeps loading and loading at the payment page without it going further on the activation process. Anyone has the same problem, and how do you fix it? I have submitted a support request but not sure how long they will take to get back to me.

  • I went through all the step in the activation process except the last 'confirm and connect'. It never asks for referral code. Am I missing something?
