3rd post, let's see if you can state your typical evening speeds.

I'm gonna bet no, you still won't

I just looked up the whistleout page. Cannot believe Dodo is on top! But so is their pricing :/

      • isnt telstra on top based on the url?

        • I'm looking at "standard plus" evening speeds. Dodo is 1st, Primus 2nd, Telstra 3rd.

    • And have a neg until you do, since you couldn't be bothered replying when you were online

No deal sadly. Connected obviously not expecting the full 50 speed (NBN 50) but was expecting ~40 or so. The fastest I’ve seen is about ~35, gets down to less than ~15 in peak. This is a FTTP connection connected to Kensington POI (NSW).

Not that there is anything wrong with it but the contact centre is clearly in the Philippines, so saying that the head office is or isn’t in Sydney I don’t imagine many people actually care. The sentence is trying to imply that calls will be routed to Sydney and they are not.

Short version - you get what you pay for.

Negging to highlight woefully low speeds in the absence of average evenings speeds data being shared.

    • ditto. on fttp and get similar speeds to you with nbn 50. currently getting 14mbps via google test

Go for Aussie broadband, much better than this.

yeah and they don't offer the dodgey NBN12 plan, which even NBN has stated should ony be used for telephony.

Their 25/5 plan is only $1.12 more after the 6mths and if you don't need unlimited, then you can get it cheaper.

    • And Aussie are cheaper by $5.88 a month with this deal for the first 6 months as well 😂😂

  • Still much better than mates NBN my evening speed between 0.5 to 4. Ombudsman and many emails no help so far. I'm in Point Cook.

  • Thanks for all the comments, saved my life

  • What ever you do, never get involved with click. They call me multiple times per week and even though I block all their numbers they manage to leave messages. PITA x1000.
