  Might as well spend the extra 150 on upgrading to a rtx 2080 rather than 2070, also orders will at least take 2 weeks just to dispatch.

  Tech Fast seems to have jacked up the price of some of their systems - considering that the last offer (Ryzen 5 2600 with RTX 2080) with 10% discount was $1394:

  Now with 15% off from US ebay - it is $1411. The very original price of 10% off was $1349.. So the base price has gone up quite considerably as result of the demand surge.

    But the price of the R5 w/ 580 system is the lowest it's ever been (AFAIK). I was pretty tempted when it was ~$720 [but decided to just buy components from newegg as I want to reuse my case etc].
