    I was wondering does this voucher apply to menu items like for example milk tea with pearls? OR does this only apply to 'empty' teas with no topping whatsoever?

      It seems you buy the voucher for $2 so that you can buy the drink for $2 so it works out to be $4. They should state this instead of misleading people that it's only $2 for the drink (technically $4).

      dont know about that - it says u can get "any Large Size Cold Tea Drink from the menu" and "Full value of large sized drink is $5.70". Seeing that their most exp cold tea drink I can see is 5.70 and that includes topping. So if you order something off the menu which includes pearl (or any other drink with included topping/s), I dont think you have to pay any extra.

      I realise it says "charges apply for extra toppings, such as pearls and jellies" but this might apply if for extra toppings not included in the particular drink on the menu. For eg if u get a pearl milk tea with extra jelly.

    The emailed vouchers are a little confusing. No where on the voucher does it say I can redeem it for no extra cost to get a drink. The emailed voucher says that I'm entitled to "$2 for your choice of any Large Sized Cold Tea Drink at CHATIME". No where on the voucher does it say I've already paid $2 to Our Deal either. Which does seem to indicate that you'll have to pay another $2 when you get there? Can someone point out specifically where it says you pay $0 at the CHATIME store when redeeming and not $2?

      i have used group buy vouchers several times and none have the vouchers specifically stated that we don't have to pay when we redeem it or we have paid $xyz to abc.com. it is advertised as $2 for a drink, save $3, normal price $5. that's clear enough, at least to me.

        The issue is these vouchers say "$2 for your choice of any Large Sized Cold Tea Drink at CHATIME" on them. If someone (ie CHATIME staf member) looked at the voucher without knowing where they came from or how they were obtained, they would assume that $2 would need to be paid.

    Yea, works perfectly fine. The guy who served me consulted a big list of names and voucher numbers under the counter. Found that my vouchers had matching numbers, and crossed them off. Had to pay 20c extra as the voucher only covers up to $5.

      i have been getting large taro milk tea which costs $5.70 and havent had to pay anything extra. U would only have to pay extra if you had a topping thats not included in the menu drink. For eg if I got taro milk tea with pearls i had to pay 50 cents extra for the pearls since pearls arent incl for this drink. Whereas I ordered the premium pearl milk tea (5.20) i didnt have to pay anything extra since pearls are included in this drink on the menu (if that makes any sense!)

    Mine worked as well though they sometime forget to ask me to pay the extra 20cents lol. Also they dont consult any numbers they just accept it so technically i shouldve just bought one voucher and kept using it repeatedly!

    ive used a 4 chatime shops with these vouchers and all of them checked and crossed of the voucher on the books!

    doubt u would be able to re-use repeatedly
