Anyone here heard any news of their cash back yet? Haven't even received an email from shop back which is strange especially since I only signed up on Friday
They say it takes up to 4 days. Just be patient.
Have to say cashrewards is more efficiency. I placed order late last night, already got cashback email this morning. Shopback is like more than two days. Not yet. I know take up to 4days. Same applies to CR.
Although Last time my Groupon cashback transactions only took them 2 hours to confirm.
Used Shopback 15 times over the weekend and Friday (5 times during this 20%). None have tracked from Amazon (10 purchases) but the others from Nike and Aliexpress did in like a few hours after the purchase. Fingers crossed that I don't have to file 10 missing cashback forms in a few days, what a pain that'll be.
Maybe they need to hire 10more people to deal with this issue.still waiting, exactly 72 hours after order now.
Just received the confirmation email. The order was placed around 12.40am.
I made several transactions but have only received one for the lowest amount (49 cents).
Whereas all my cashrewards stuff came through almost immediately.
Finally got the confirmation email for the ps4 slim $269 promotion about 20 mins ago, just placed 1 order for ps4 and spider man, but got 2 confirmation email separately, totally about $48, anyone same? Does ShopBack give cash back for each item instead of entire order from amazon? Ordered through ShopBack mobile app at about 0:50 am
For some stores, cashback comes up on a item level basis rather than a whole order basis. Amazon cashback entries indeed come up for each unique item.
Just placed amazon order last night and its showing on shopback still nothing from black friday sale yet!
mine is showing placed at 11pm? when it was placed after midnight nsw time?. Did I have to wait till midnight QLD to place order can rep confirm?.
edit asked amazon they said order was placed at Order Placed: Friday, 23 November 2018 12:19 AM (EST) so dont know how they got 11pm on 22nd?
On our system end, it is showing the time at 12am AEDT so it is indeed correct - the time you are seeing may be based on your device's time which is why you are seeing 11pm.

Okay it seems from reading above that if you bought multiple items from Amazon even in the same transaction you may get separate cash back for each item, I just received another email for $8 cashback and I expect another email for the 3rd item I bought..

Only got cashback of 12% (24.98)
Was supposed to be 20% ($41.63). I made sure shopback buddy showed 20% as well.
First time I've used shopback, not a great experience so far. I usually use cashrewards.
That whole 20% flash sale was a shambles.
Is there any way I can fix this? The 20% cash back was what tipped me over the edge to make the purchase.

I just got my order tracked, it showing "Amazon Flash Sale" but it's not 20% of my order. My total order is $75, 20% of the $75= $14. But only got $9.09.

Got my two main purchase emails within the last hour. Not in order of purchase either, my more recent purchase came through first. So don’t stress if you’re worrries about getting one show and not the other yet. It’s on the way (hopefully!).

Anyone has received cashback for Bose QC 35 II that was purchased in Amazon Flash Sale 20% cash back? I have received the ps4 one but none for Bose.
EDIT: Just received the cashback $50 for Bose. However the PS4 slim + Spiderman that I ordered only got around $48.00 which is about $2.00 short, anyone have the same issue?
Yep just received mine for the Bose no drama.
Remember that Amazon calculate the cashback on the ex-GST price - not the price you paid.

It looks like my other purchase during the flash sale tracked ok.
It says "Amazon Flash Sale"
But the first, more expensive one, says "Amazon Australia"
There was an issue clicking through from the shopback website when the deal first went live.
Probably related to this. The chrome extension definitely said 20% though
@chromium: That happened to me at first but I refreshed the page 10 minutes later and they all showed up as "Amazon Flash Sale" and I got the full 20%.

Received $36 for $199 purchase. Very happy :). I have used ShopBack three times and all transactions were tracked. I used Cashrewards about 20 times and there were 4-5 missed ones. Although I can file a ticket and claim the money manually, sometimes I just let go because only a few dollars.
I've just gotten 1 x $50 cash back but there were 2 more orders within the 1:15 sale not showing up.
Is this normal or should they all be showing up together? Worried they've been missed…
EDIT: I just noticed the other 2 transactions are showing up as CLICKED and ShopBack will obviously look at them for eligibility so I think I'll be right.
You'll see separate cashback entries for each unique item you buy on Amazon in a transaction.
Good experience. 10 Amazon purchases over the weekend incl 3 from the 20% flash sale, all been tracked (but items separately so hard to count). Bit late compared to Cashrewards but that doesn't matter at all
Purchased the bose QC35 at 12:40am during the flash sale and still no cashback. But it i has recognised i have clicked on the amazon flash sale.
None of my purchases showed up even though the click history indicates i went through shopback
