      AMEX cashback offer is not eligible if using third party link ie CR so did you get the AMEX refund? I'm about to place an order but not sure if I should do it via CR.

        By third party it means amex payments via PayPal. You'd be fine using cash rewards as long as you pay directly from your card.

      Payment method won't invalidate your Shopback credit. Otherwise Shopback would tell you not to use afterpay - remember, shopback only makes money when you make money.

      Waited 35 minutes for online chat agent to enquire the status of my order which has been "processing" since Monday. After 35 minutes and finally reaching first place in the queue the chat was cancelled remotely. So I called their 1800 number waited another 15mins before finally speaking with a rep who pulled up my order and advised that due to the volume of sales they are chronically behind with orders… I had to laugh because during the course of the call they emailed again with FREE shipping offer with no minimum spend… so you're completely swamped with orders and still priming the pump eh? Not so smart. Either way the rep told me that the order will be dispatched "hopefully sometime MID week, next week…" I politely made my frustration known and being a long time purchaser of UA gear through local retail outlets, I certainly won't be buying through their online site again. The Rep informed me they have a notice on their shipping info page that states (DELIVERY NOTICE: Due to a high volume of orders there may be a delay in dispatching your order) Hopeless customer service on every level. How about emailing outstanding orders and advising and apologising for the delay? If the goods aren't delivered by next Friday (I got free Express Shipping as the order over $50) I'll be leaving a pretty scathing review. Note to "upper mismanagement" how about hiring some "casuals" to help with pick and pack during high volume pre-Xmas Sales… Sheesh!

        If you gave them a bad review, that will be very low of you. The bargain was probably the best one in a good while.

        No one is forcing you to buy present for your kid. When you've left it this late to get a present, its more your own issue.

        UA is very much within their right to ship it under control. If anything its good management to take their time and do things right. I'd rather wait a week or two so that I actually get the correct order instead of them rushing for no good reason and having my stuff going to someone else and me having to sort it out after.
