        I'm having the same issue, I'm in Sydney, I contacted DHL as they are the one whose tracking number is, they told me that it's with a courier company called megasave and gave me a new tracking number, their website is megasave.live

        Don't bother calling, no one ever picks up, emailing is the only way, slow replies, and full of lies.

        My parcel is with them since 10th of December, first they told me on 12th that it's with Australia post and that if will arrive tomorrow, the 13th, nothing happened, 14th nothing. I went to the post to see what's going on and they told me that the parcel isn't with them…

        Then I contacted megasave again and they told me it will be delivered over weekend, Saturday passed, nothing. Sunday is here, probably nothing, and will be pushed to God knows when next week, if even then. I contacted newegg and no response. Seriously, is this how to run a business????? It's enough to be this s!hitty and crap, stay aflot and survive, make profit. Fing terrible, mine is to pay and receive, not pay, stress, chase and get it never.

            @rollingthunder12: Still haven't received mine. This is by far the worst delivery experience.
            Emailed DHL and they say that they only got paid to deliver to Australia and not to my address.
            Emailed megasave and no reply…
            I called them. No one picks up thephone.

            I said $&%@# that. I. Not chasing this up and wasting my time any more. Started a dispute through PayPal
