  • I got nothing left to buy lol

You’ve successfully completed retail treatment. How do you feel?

  • How likely is it for Cashrewards to add this coupon?
EDIT - Coupon is up now.

  • no hardware deals or deals on the 8700K and / or ASUS or MSI mobo ?

Can’t use it on real estate

    • Shame :(

Waiting for this to become a minimum spend of $200. This is just getting ridiculous.

    • +3

      With max $20 discount?

  • Has it always excluded car parts? I need to buy an alternator and every sale has excluded car parts…

    • i think so. try looking in other categories for the carpart, some sellersdo this to get around the limitation

    • +3

Only the last two sales. Sucks I was looking at buying a radiator. Now it seems it might be the norm to exclude car parts from all sitewide discounts. They're getting worse and worse with the minimum spends and exclusions. I've started to buy stuff on Amazon now instead for the same price if not cheaper with all the cashback, free shipping, etc.

      • +1

Yeah I'm spewing. I bought eBay vouchers during the sale earlier this year for car parts and now they've changed their terms and their deals are getting worse. Once I've spent all the vouchers I don't think I'll be shopping at eBay too much more, I'm really getting over it.

      • More than that. Car parts are excluded from the current 5% code and the last 3 x 10/15% off codes.

The only code that still works for car parts is the package15 - by one, get 2nd one 15% off. Not that useful unless you are buying two.

    • it's been quite a while where they have had a specific car parts coupon too

    • Most of the time, I gave up looking for parts on ebay

  • Was looking for a Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 but prices are way too high even with the discount!

  • Cyber Tuesday :D

Don't know what to buy for 120

    • +8

You save $120 on avoiding an impulsive purchase.

        108$

      • No. You must buy. It's the ozbargain way.

    T's & C's state:
"Offer Period. This offer commences at 10.00 (AEDT) on 27 November and is available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised by eBay on www.ebay.com.au (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time."

But when I look at listings, under the 'Pay as little as $x', it says the coupon expires 29/11

  • I'm trying to buy a Samsung S9, but it doesn't like the code at checkout. I've tried with a few sellers. Is this type of item excluded?

  • +4

    Car parts excluded :(

    • I know sucks… eBay has no further use for me.

  • If anyone know if I went to woolworths and brought the Ebay giftcards in AUD at 5% off, can I use it with this coupon? But the purchase item is in USD.
    Thanks

    • I haven't been able to use Ebay AU giftcards for a while now on USD purchases.

  • Ebay really need to do at least 20% now, the 10% takes cares of the GST for Overseas products, but I've been watching prices on a few things under a $1000 and the price variations are crazy, in some cases 30% difference.

  • damn excludes target. oh well used the 5% off code instead since the item that Im after is on a special pricing until tmr.

  • So does this only work on items listed in australia?
I wanted to buy a lens from US but it won't let me use the code?

    • Ebay US had a seperate 10% discount voucher

    • +1

I used the AU 10% code on Sunday to make a purchase that was listed on eBay USA(sent from USA). I logged into eBay USA with my AU account and saved the item in my watch list(eBay AU wouldn't show the listing). Logged into AU account, and checked out with 10% code, the checkout was done in USD and the discount was also in USD.

If the seller doesn't ship to AU, you can use a freight forwarding service and ship it to that instead, use their address in eBay and your good to go

      • Not sure why it wasnt working when i posted, but a few hours later it seemed to work fine for test items in cart coming from US.
Unfortunately the seller declined my very reasonable ;) best offer anyway.. their loss!

    • Don't forget eBay will charge you the 10% GST

      • They do if the item is sent through them internationally. Easy to have a friend/family/forwarding service recieve the item in the US, declare its worth nothing and ship it away, GST free :)

  • Got stung with a "foreign transaction" fee buying from Ebay AU for an item shipping from Sydney, Unless you know the store you just don't know who will charge you. Yes I'm aware of credit cards that don't have foreign fees but they have their own fees.

      🤔

Why are car & truck parts excluded from all the discounts now?

    • Its been like that for a while now, nothing new

  • Just bought 3 x split system a/c's. My elechicken wants my suppliers number lol.

  • Thanks OP!

  • I've tried purchasing $160 worth of stuff, from different sellers but says code can't be applied until minimum total is reached. Is it because of multiple sellers?

    • me too. just over 120 but it's saying 'We can't apply this code until you reach the minimum order total.'

    • +1

Do you have any item under the exclusion?

    • I believe there is some sort of separate baskets for items with different currencies. Say you have a total of $160 AUD, but if some items are originally in USD (Ebay would show that on the item's page, but just with AUD amount in larger text), they will be grouped as such.

This often means one group is $110 and the other is $50, with both not meeting the minimum spend for the code to apply.

      YMMV

  • Can you use gift cards on top of this?

  • Please don't end at some random time and run at least till midnight. Some of us have to make money during the day

  • doesnt work for me right now ? Is anyone else facing the same problem ?

  • How long does it take for Myer to process an eBay order?

    • -1

As long as it take for them to process it.

My experience is within 48 hours

      • for the record, i wasn't the one who negged

  • Would be nice if eBay did a 12% off for OzBargain so I could buy some more stuff I dont really need thats sitting in my cart..

  • You can use this with a 5% off gift card, plus 1% CR? Thats 16%, which isnt bad.

  • it has not expired. still working

  • can I stack with discounted gift card?

  • I applied the coupon and it works but then updates back to no coupon at checkout

  • PUDDING

    Still.working?

  • I too am adding over $120 to cart before GST and getting the "does not meet minimum order rule" - life to too short to buy now and spend an hour with drones getting my $12 back arguing with ebay

    • Did you add more than 10 items? And are those items all eligible?

  • No 10 only and all eligible category - overseas seller but in the past that never mattered, and total of $120 before GST

  • OK .. that is the answer there is a sad new twist - worked with oz sellers I just tried, but NOT with overseas sellers .. I have used these 10% coupons 50 times, most for foreign sellers, and foreign sellers were not an issue.

Nothing whatever in T+C about this …. only that goods must be SHIPPED to Australia.

The stupid message I was not up to minimum order wasted 15 mins of my time.

  • Code wouldn’t work for me, then it expired. This happened to me on Black Friday, too. Anyone else experiencing this?

  • Expired at midnight as they near always do
