For those who actually received the email for the code:
I emailed them (forwarded the email to their support email) about the code being invalid and they gave me a new unique code. So do that if you received the email!

Got charged full amount. Called them and they cant honour the code. Requested them to cancel order.
This mob is notorious for not honouring their deals, and then use it as a marketing pitch.

This "mob" isn't a massive corp and they've always honoured any targetted deal that I've been sent.
Having a targetted coupon posted and then making a massive loss is not how you do business. 5 meals delivered for $9? In Australia? That's at least $15-20 they losing on each "sale" depending on where they are delivering to.
I would disagree, it is a large corp with a valuation around $250m based on pre-IPO figures

My delivery last week was a day late but no Email for me.
They replied to my email. The code was 'disabled due to user abuse' ie. It went onto OzBargain. They gave a new unique code and it worked :)
Not surprising. This should have been a targetted code for people who were affected in the first place…

I got the code via email. Attempted to use - didn't meet the requirements. Enquired via chat - was given a unique one time use code, which worked, and have ordered.
You would have obviously had to order the Survial Pack last week and had your order delayed in order to receive this offer.

My last order was both wrong and I found a strip of plastic in my lasagne (shame it wasn't a golden ticket!).
Sounds like they've been having some quality issues lately.
Just an update for everyone. If you actually had a delayed delivery and got this code in an email, you can contact support via the chat option and they'll give you a personalized code. Just placed my order with it.
It was a nice apology for customers that were affected by last week's delay but why did they not use a unique code?! Do they not know ozbargain exists?!

Confirmed the code is working for me now also. If you didn't receive the email and try to use it, you'll get an error instead: Customer information does not meet the requirements for the SOSORRY discount code.
Is anyone's order still valid even if they weren't affected? I did not get original email but was lucky enough to apply the code. Paid with PayPal and order is not cancelled or charged at higher rate… yet. It still says confirmed. I am regular customer (but #neverpayfullprice).
I got the confirmation email and no cancellation email after that, so it looks like YouFoodz is going to honor this. Fingers crossed.

Did you try their new "oversized" meals? I saw they had those for $12 or something like that, but didn't go for them in my last order. I wonder how much bigger they're compared to the regular sizes.
