For those wondering, I had a quick look and you can get this cheaper on eBay (including the costs of shipping) and the toner refills seem to cost just as much as the printer itself.

  Um. Most budget printers' toner refills cost more than the printers themselves. The cheap option is to go for generic toner.
  
  This is an average deal though, same price on staticice from msy, and pcdiy. And for around this price you could also get a brother hl2140 which is probably a better printer, and a better brand.

      Actually, new printers dont come with full toner cartidges. Generic toner replacements are the cheapest option.
      
      New printers are the best option when replacing the drum unit is needed.

    But brother printers mean you need to replace the toner and drum which is costly.
    
    Samsung has a drum+toner built into one package for about as much as a brother toner.
