Edit: That came across as narky. It's unlikely that they would cancel your order and charge for shipping.

If all other picture qualities like streaming look great, its possibly an issue with your free to air connections or reception?
To "possibly" help out with this, I had a similar problem recently with a new TV, which has more modern component strengths than my older one.
(Note: If your renting, 1 - hit up the landlord (if they won't help). 2 - consider portable options. 3 - DIY or calculate the pleasure cost per day paying a tradie vs how long your going to stay there).Something many off us don't consider, its just there, neglected….
1980's model home, incl circuitry, believe it was an owner builder, likely shortcuts/cost savings where possible, which could also be done by any builder/tradie.
Aerial had been replaced at some point over the years prior to myself purchasing the home but it looked a little odd/tired, got a pro to come and check it out.
Likely a diy install, not only was it not positioned/tuned correctly, the connections were twitched by hand and wrapped with electrical tape, which had weathered away, exposing the wiring, becoming corroded/weak, connection box was full of dead bugs, circuitry corroded.
All the cabling was cheap stuff, poor shielding, old Air Core type (potential high signal loss), deteriorated above the roof line from sun/weather exposure etc.
The outlet connection points (wall plates) in the house were also poorly done, surface rust etc over the years, 6 points in total with no amplifier to accommodate/boost the required signal strength for the entire system (every connection point through the system drops overall signal performance, sometimes requiring boost from an amplifier).
I figured if I'm spending a few grand on a good TV, I may as well do whatever required to get the most out of it.
Got him to replace the entire system, spent an extra $50 on a better aerial than the base model, better weather qualities etc, as I live near the beach (salt), shorter arms so birds can't bend them etc.
All Coaxial Cable replaced/upgraded with RG11 Quad Shield. All face plates replaced and other connections done with F-type, getting rid off the weak Deta PAL type.All up it cost me $1200 (8 outlets, so obviously less for only a couple, + perhaps not requiring an amp), but the difference in picture quality & sound, plus FM radio stations I couldn't get before, was definitely worth it.
Nu7100 was $2449 at Costco Moorabbin 16-25th Nov. They can do better than this price.
These are not cheapest deals, even below not the cheapest but cheaper than this.

2 sec google searched found cheaper, best to wait for a 20% off videopro ebay deal as these can all be found cheaper
75' $3200 NU8000 been as low as $2800's few weeks ago
got the MU series 82" year ago, was having great blacks but the games in the app store are more worst than my old dead nokia 3310
75" NU7100 was $2049 on this deal after cashback earlier. Not much of a deal here. As pointed out above cheaper available on eBay with PRIZER code.

Maybe, but RogueWolf's post above (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/421988#comment-6675382) shows cheaper prices on all three.
These are fairly normal prices at Costco…mate bought a 75" NU7100 for $2500 from Costco in July and this is December now.
These aren't good prices for these TV's. Recent deals have been far better, I advise anyone looking at these to wait for a better deal.
