    I'm interested in the filter now being washable - compared to the OEM Gen1 filter that is not. Does anybody have any extra info on that?

    Ordered this same lot a few months ago and my vac wouldn’t detect one of the filters so it’s useless.

    Emailed BangGood. Sent a video showing the issue as requested. No response.

    PM’d rep here and was told someone would be in touch. Never happened.

    That’s about my limit of effort to seek replacement of a $4 faulty item so I moved on. No more BangGood for me.

    Just received the item today. I found the items are not authentic, which is a surprise. I never purchased from gearbest before but I saw many people are so I tried. It takes forever to arrive and the products are fake. I can definitely use them but I wouldn’t purchase if I knew they are fake ones. Just writing to let people know.

    Oh well I posted at wrong place. I purchased from gearbest in Nov but found the wrong post. Nevertheless, I think the one from Banggood are not authentic either.

      Don't worry I'm still waiting too. Definitely think a washable filter is the way to go - not that mine is needing replacement yet anyway
