Yep, as coxymla said, I think that's how they got loads of people to download the app to see if the offer is there and then only actually give the offer to a few.
Not sure if they gain anything by us downloading the app.

Got the email, looked like a scam (not addressed properly).
Told me to log into the app to save the offer.
Went in to the app and the offer isn't there…If u got the email, maybe give them a call?
