  • what is normal price?

    • +1

      around 44 bucks

    • +1

Looks like normal price is $44 to $45
      good bargain

Nothing within 500km of me. $5 for shipping.

  • +6

Might want to include $5 shipping in the title as this mouse is warehouse stock only apparently.

    • +2

      Didn't noticed. Updated.

  • Pity it can only be had as a Waremouse

  • +2

Same price on Good Guys eBay, with 26c more shipping (to Sydney) - useful if you've got discounted cards/coupons

The low profile might look good on your desk but I disliked the ergonomics of this mouse so much I took it back. $15 is a bargain price but I still wouldn't recommend it.

    • +1

+1. I tried one these. I thought it sucked. As did a colleague who had been using one and advised me against it.

Good price though if the mouse suits you.

    • +8

'Designer' means it's designed to look good, not be comfortable or functional. They're awful.

    • I didn't hate the ergonomics so much, but it just sucks for responsiveness and tracking. I should have taken it back. Unusable, don't recommend

  • +1

Thanks for that. Can use my concierge credit to the max :)

  • +1

Could also try price matching @ Officeworks to save 5%

    • +2

Price matched with HN. No further discounts. But, can pickup anytime

    • Was told that they can't match "clearance items" Elizabeth St, Melbourne 👎

  • +3

Terrible mouse, scroll wheel keeps breaking. I've gone through 4 at work.

    • +1

Must be something good about it if you kept on using it 4x already :P

    • Can confirm - gone through 2 myself although I do use one at home and one at work. I do like the mouse though and certain retailers like dick smith just sent you a new one, no hassle, you don't even have to return the broken one.

  • Does this mouse need the dongle in the USB port?
I'd prefer one without it (if they exist…)

    • “Bluetooth”

    • +1

      No, it's bluetooth

    • The computer must already support Bluetooth for this to work. Or you need your own Bluetooth dongle.

  • Upvoting for the inclusion of market price :)

  • -8

I got this one but one of the worst interms of comfort. its flat and your plam will be sore after use.

    • -2

Don't know why you got downvoted - I also prefer fat mice.

      • +16

Because that's not what a negative vote for a deal is for. A negative vote should only be used for if it's:
        * The deal is not the cheapest available
        * Defective product
        * Major issues with retailer

Just because you don't like the product doesn't count for giving the deal a neg. More details here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/wiki/help:voting_guidelines

        • +2

          Makes perfect sense - thanks.

  • +3

I had one of these and it lasted 1 year before the bluetooth crapped out.

  • +4

Brought like 5 different cheap wireless mouses xiaomi ms logi x2 razer they all bad in someway after few weeks/month of use.

Then i got the logi masters 2s its night and day. Well worth the $90

So yeah dont be cheap buying these mouses you will spend more in the long run.

    • seconded, i have a small box full of mice which are all faulty in some way
though i try to work out the effective cost/use ratio of these things and while i do get some use out of these at a low price i still have a damn box of broken mice
i think the expensive logitech mice have warranties where you just tell them your mice broke and you ship it back to them and they'll give you a new one?

      looking into it

      • +3

My oldish MX Master's laser died not too long ago.
I definitely didn't have a copy of the receipt anymore, but contacted their support and they to refuse to help me, I ended up pulling the "Australian Consumer Law" spiel on them. They wanted photos of the serial number etc, sent that off in an email. A week later I ended up with a brand new MX Master 2S. So it's work a shot contacting Logitech support if you have a dead unit!

I bought a swag of Barbie(TM) mice in a nice fetching purple colour for $3 from BigW a couple of years ago, they still work great! Don't use the mouse pads that come with them though as that is a bit silly looking in an office environment

        • in my hand right now is my mum's purple tiny logitech wireless mouse she bought for 10 dollars and complained that it was "too small"
well worth the price though it really is as small as 2 tim tams stacked on top of each other but it has silent clicking, survived many drops and all 3 keys still work perfectly

  • +1

Thanks OP, used my concierge credit for once. A free mouse never hurt :)

    • +1

      That's what I did, too!

  • what makes this 'designer'

    • +3

      Size zero.

    • +2

      It's matte black.
      Matte black screams "Designer"

      • I am glad Black and Size Zero are not in one line…..lol

    • It has Gucci written on the side.

  • +1

Thanks OP - just got sent a $20 Concierge voucher and this covers it incl delivery :)

  • How is this compared to Surface Arc Mouse?

    • I didn't like the Surface Arc mouse - but I haven't tried this. Looks like the same concept, and its just not ergonomical or comfortable. Might be better if it fit you well

  • OOS

    • +1

Thanks op bought via ebay, 1 left on there..

      • Missed out by minute on their site and read your comment, missed out there too. Oh well lol.

  • I managed to get a pricebeat at officeworks using the link below which still shows the mouse as $15 under the "Shopper favourites" section.

This was enough for the store rep to approve the pricebeat!

    https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/microsoft/computers-tablets-a…

    • it's gone

      • Still shows for me mate.

  • 6 month batt life is BS from personal experience

Good slim profile to carry around, works seamlessly otherwise.

  • -1

oh man cant believe i missed this.

not sure how to spend my concierge credit now. takes forever to go through each department on the website

    • i also missed it but got it with pricebeat at OW. Luckily they didn't bother to check stock….
