Hey folks, I logged into Uber Eats a moment ago after popping into Deliveroo and saw a similar advertisement.
For me it said 50% off dinner AFTER 8pm, with a picture of what looked like a Hungry Jacks burger on banner. It asked me to click on the ad after that time to activate it.
Now I go to look for it and it’s gone :( so I’m going to wait for 8pm to try again.
It will pop up again, they had similar last weekend, it was $10 off after 8. It must sting the businesses though because i noticed once 8pm hit, so many were no longer available to order from, many of which i have ordered from late in the past.
Ordered two items, paid extra for extra ingredients. Waited 35minutes only to have 1/2 the delivery arrive and made incorrectly. On top of all this Uber suspended my account after issuing a refund for a TOS violation but doesn’t specify what exactly. It’s like they don’t want new users at all.
