  I don't see how this will fit the EU sockets as the plug doesn't protrude to fit the receeded sockets.

      You didn't answer my query. Second image shows the problem I'm referring to. This will not fit EU socket… It needs to protrude (see the difference in the one in the link I posted).

  Bali (Indonesia) is using European's. That site was talking about Indonesia is using 220-240V. They are giving warning to the American tourists that it will fry their devices if they are plugging their electric devices without some sort of voltage converter device. This thing won't convert voltage.

  The problem with many of these adapters are sometimes the prongs are too short and the body is too bulky. It is preventing the adapter to go in.

  If you buy the adapter in Bali, it would cost you around 100000+ rupiahs (around 10 AUD and more). I doubt you could find around 2 dollars like that site mentioned.
