        @Blue Cat: Very few people live in Tasmanian cities themselves but rather the outer suburbs. Why pay huge amounts for a CBD apartment when you can buy a 3 bedroom house with garage and backyard for about the same? Also easier access to supermarkets and other stuff.
        
        Also takes like 5-20 minutes in rush hour to get into most towns anyway.
