      Yes, I did a video on the install of this seat here https://youtu.be/_zY-URVqkGY and originally thought it was an AU plug but you are correct that it is an inverted plug without insulation around the pins. You can see it around 2 minutes in, and also at the end

      yep, done that before and it's pretty simple to install and remove too, and if you were wondering about the agents, they didn't care.

      I just tried to install it on my own and caused a leak. Called the plumbers and they fixed it and then emailed the agents that I have installed a removable bidet. They didn’t care.

    Anyone had the problem of low pressure on the spray (can't increase when i press the button) and no hot water on the spray? Can't seem to find a fix for that on mine after installation.

      Never had such problems with mine. Water pressure is sufficient and water is warm.

      Maybe you have a defective unit?

      Don’t know about hot water but the low pressure maybe due to thicker pipe.
