    Good price. I bought some from MSY years ago .. they are a good general purpose speaker and haven't given me any issues.

    The thing about 5.1 is the rear speakers. Not sure how to place them as these wires make it unsightly.

      I taped mine against the skirtings along the wall and then have each one sitting on top of a DVD tower. The skirtings are brown so you don't really notice them :)

    the reason these are soo cheap is because theres the new one coming out and its soo much better looking its called the ummm Z906 theyre soo good

      IIRC the replacement for the z5500 is inferior to the z5500.

      Google the backlash about it. And dont waste your money on it when it comes out (more expensive, cheaper components in it, worse specs).

      Pure-fi anywhere 2 was on sale couple weeks ago for $80, you missed the deal?
      I got one myself, but i only used it as an overpriced iphone charger. :(

    I bought it yesterday and had a look at the tracking just then. It says it was posted around 7pm and now it's in transit. I just might get it today. Everything is crossed so I can have a play around on the weekend!
