And what does "total labour" typically get charged at? Got examples? You'll likely be skewered without it…

"For In-Person (General Stuff) & Remote Support: You will be charged a rate of $25 per 15 minute increments if 1 hour has elapsed."

Sooo, $100 for an hour? or $80 after discount, yes? What about less than an hour? Don't get me wrong mate, good on your for getting cracking on this whilst still in highschool! I did the same thing and thoroughly enjoyed it / learned a lot about working for myself etc.

Oh god lol. Why would you possibly list this as a 'professional'

Really nice job trying to get your name out there and starting your own business, but I don't think this is the place for it.

    1. There are a lot of random nobodies that will do it for $50 an hour on gumtree, airtasker etc (quality varies)
    2. We have no evidence here that you are any better then those gumtree/airtasker people.

This is more like an advertisement, a lot of other services charge a similar rate.

I actually run my own mobile repair business and I charge a similar rate.

  • Prices need to be mentioned in the title. Done for you now but in the future please read Title Guidelines. Thank you.

    Ahahahaha.

How is this actually a bargain?

OzB'ers needing someone to perform computer repairs? Yeah right.

Have an upvote for longest domain name known to mankind

Sorry but this is more like an ad than a bargain. Also you say you're a qualified technician but under your qualifications it says

Completed Certs I and II in Information Technology
Completed Cert III in Business Administration
Continuing with Bachelor of ICT at USC since February, 2017

So the highest IT qualification you've attained is a cert 2 in IT which i'm guessing you did in year 10. I wouldn't call that qualified. And to charge $100/hr or $80 an hour after your discount for those qualifications is hardly a bargain.

Credit for trying to start a business. A lot of people your age wouldn't.

I'll just suggest that you try and learn something other than Wix for your website. Your website is usually people's very first indication of how good you are with tech, and Wix is really basic stuff. Wordpress would be a much better place to start.
