    I would be hesitant using a garden light with an IP44 rating.

      IP44 is fine for garden lights, unless you have a flooding issue

    The downside of this and the similar Holman kits are that you need their cables and connectors. It’s not like the more simple ones where you can just cut a cable and screw the connections onto the light at the distance you want.

      one of the things I don't like is all four lights would be within about 4m of each other.
      750 lumens is equivalent to around a 55w incandescent globe or 40W halogen.

    I don't understand where the "was $216" came from. The original price behind the $70 tag is $99. Not a great deal if you look at the package contents which only has 1x10m extension and no wattage rating on the transformer.
