  Samsung phones have two year warranty dont they? Does it matter if its imported, but sold in Australia?

    Local Samsung stock = More $$ and have 2 yr warranty & Fast turnaround
    Imported Stock = Cheaper $$ but only 1 warranty year through Shopping Square as they have to send back overseas which can take months

      Apart from the 1 year warranty on the ebay page…you wouldnt know it was imported stock, so should be 2 years?
      Would Samsung even know/care, as long as you have a purchase/tax invoice of the sold date?

        They would If they need to flash it to recover it and they would see it would have an overseas rom and wont touch it. First thing is they boot into recovery and it tell you the Model Code if its not the Aus version they wont fix it. Also the invoice will have the model which isn't the AUS version.

    Australian model Samsung's have a 2 year warranty the imported ones dont, samsung wont even look at them because apparently they use different parts !
