Good price for a 1070 Ti but I'm waiting till they have some ZOTAC 1070s back in stock. Comes with Monster Hunter and Fortnite. I believe they don't apply GST.
i'd buy it myself, just that I've heard bad things about blower cards being pretty loud
as someone who has used amd blower cards I can assure you that it can't be that bad
I am sure B&H apply gst , not sure if included in price or at checkout
i went as far as the checkout and it didn't come up. And I've also read (as of July 2018) that B&H wasn't cooperating with the ATO.
I had to click an "I agree to comply with Australian import GST" boxes at the end
Maybe customs impounds it until you pay gst?

@drunkbeetle: Guys I've got stuff through b and h last week. Customs don't stop stuff from going through unless it's over aud1k. IE the old rules apply to border force if the retailer didn't collect the gst itself.
@WhiskeyBurn: if GST isn't charge at checkout by retailer and its under 1000$ customs wont do anything and it arrives without any other charges as normal.

Great card. Nvidia forced the manufacturers not to factory overclock the 1070ti to prevent it from competing with the GTX 1080. Overclocked its basically a 1080.
