  • B28??? really? wow

    • Yes,it have B28

      • Has it got a slot for an sd card?

        • No SD card slot, it's got a dual SIM card slot though

    • +2

All OnePlus phones have B28 ;) Asian, EU and US versions.

      • Except the OnePlus One :')

        • +1

Because some of the now used 4G bands didn't exist then.

          • @Clear: Ahh not complaining at all. Did B28 not exist then? I think it was just starting to come up wasn't it?

            • +1

@spb: Yeah B28 came about several months after the OP1 announcement.

After reading so many bad reviews, I decide not to buy. Anyone bought any phones from them??? Any feedbacks???

I tried to buy the Oneplus 6T on the pricing error deal posted a few days ago. Still trying to get the refund. They keep demanding i pay an extra $200 USD and keep ignoring my request for the refund.

      • +2

Perhaps time to lodge a dispute via PayPal?

    • I bought a Oneplus 5 when they did the soft launch in Australia, and I'm really happy with it. I had a few spontaneous reboots during the first few weeks but there were quite a few system updates like they were working hard to improve it, and it's been solid since. I don't know anything about coolicool.

    Oneplus 6 or lgV30+ ?

      OnePlus 6 !

  • Hey op how long is postage?

Reported for potential scam. Fake reviews on product pages, and a search yields low ratings: https://www.google.com/search?q=trust+coolicool

Don't forget to report OzBargain for bad reviews.

Not really fair to either as people are always far more likely to report bad experiences than good. Most large retailers and supermarkets in Australia for example are scored below 3.

      • +1

Wow! Reading those bad reviews for OzBargain I can not believe how some people dislike it and are So Sensitive lol.

        • +2

          Reps getting caught sockpuppeting.

      • Can be fair depending on the reasons. With what this place has done they should be banned from OzB so people dont fall for any traps.

        • What this site has done is tiny in comparison to what a lot of other stores have done. Only major issue I can see is someone not receiving their order.

          • @Clear: Out of all those reviews all you have got from it is someone not receiving their order?

They did a bait and switch on people yesterday where they put up an extremely low price which sucked people into buying the product for that price and are not giving refunds but instead telling people they need to pay another 200usd.

            • +1

@worthy1: I don't bother reading online reviews for the same reason I mentioned above. Every other retailer in existence has bad reviews and hardly anyone with good experiences will ever leave a review in comparison to bad experiences. Yesterday they had a price error and offered to refund or pay extra to receive the product. That's as reasonable as you can get and fully compliant with Australian Consumer Law which they have no obligation to follow.

But if you think those 2 reasons are grounds to ban the store then lets do it. Followed by…..

Kogan for this price error and these bad reviews. TGG for this price error and these bad reviews, Amazon for this price error and these bad reviews. Want me to keep going? I can easily list every other Australian retailer.

@Clear: woah, yup i have a life so not going to go to that level. Clearly this store is doing the dodge but let coolicooli go Ozb, they are Aclass….

                • @worthy1: Based on my 14500 comments… OzBargain is my life, but my point still stands. Price errors are hardly a reason to ban a store.

                  • +2

@Clear: Clearly it is, what a life. Sounds like a bit more then just pricing error from this place. Holding peoples money with the only option being paying more is a whole other level, but sure who cares.

                    • @worthy1: Plenty of people reported getting a refund in the deal unless i'm missing something.

                  • -2

@Clear: It is when they create pricing errors on purpose.

                    • @Cheeper: Which they didn't. Unless you have sufficient proof they did? Asking for more money to buy it at the correct price is not misleading under Consumer Law. Refunds were given.

              • +1

@Clear: it doesn't take much, last few years has been all about destroying company's by social media. suddenly company's that have been operating for years are scams.

      • Sweet jesus! Where am I missing all the "bullying"?

    • they sure like using the word satisfied

  • +5

be careful, this could be price error and eventually cancelling the orders or asking u to pay extra.

We got the oneplus 6t deal a few weeks back. Phone arrived within 3 weeks. No issues. Really don’t understand all these other comments. There was a pricing error on one deal. Get over it
