1. Freedom customers who purchase a new order for $1000 or more in a single transaction in accordance with these terms and conditions from 12/03/11(VIC only) or 15/03/11(elsewhere) until 26/04/11 will receive a $100 promotional voucher (Voucher) described below for each whole $1000 of the purchase amount.
2. Voucher is valid for redemption for 3 months from date of issue only and may only be redeemed at store of issue, against Freedom products.
3. Issue or redemption of Voucher is available with mattress offer but not available against Freedom Kitchens purchases, purchases of Gift Cards, Gift Fund contributions, Gift Registry or in conjunction with any finance offer (including No Interest Finance, Ezipay or other instore finance) or any other promotional offer.
4. A minimum 20% deposit must be placed on any order to which this offer applies.
5. Offer is available for normal retail quantities only.
6. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against the original purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the Voucher is lost, stolen or damaged it cannot be replaced.
7. Voucher must be redeemed in full on redemption – no change or a voucher for the lesser value will be issued on any unredeemed amount.
8. Subject to any rights the customer has at law, if the original purchase is subsequently cancelled or modified so that the total remaining purchase order (or part thereof) is less than $1000, any Voucher issued for that purchase (or part thereof) will need to be returned and cancelled. Alternatively if the Voucher has already been redeemed, $100 (being the value of the voucher) will be deducted from any refund payable by Freedom or added to the balance owing.
