  I want to believe, but how can it have 4 licensed charging protocols in it and only cost a few bucks?

  The promo material says PD 3, QC 4 on the USB-C port, QC3 on the USB-A port, Samsung AFC (or whatever their quick charge tech is called) Huawei's SCP and VOOC too?

  The other promo material then fails to mention VOOC when listing the tech in the USB-A + USB-C port charger?

      Interestingly though, I don't see any QC certification for this brand at all…

        It uses the power controller from iSmartware, a new chip SW3516 to do QC4.0 and PD3.0

    Yes when using both ports at the same time the voltage drops to 5V and total max output 5v4.5A

    We ran out of stock of this Rock H5 Dual Port charger as production has ceased due to new generation incoming. Still available on Aliexpress

    The 2 output ports are independent, USB-C does PD output at 18W, USB-A does QC3.0 at 18W as well.

    Of course, there are other options available from other brands, and maybe cheaper

  Received this already, and tried it out - It certainly does charge at 4V with my OnePlus 5, which means it's doing Dash!
