Please note that if you transfer your domain name to us, this can take up to 48 hours to be processed by domain registrars. Talk to us before transferring so we can assist in keeping your domain online.

  In a nutshell: don't abuse the unlimited resources. For example, If your website has lots of traffic then that's awesome but if you're using our hosting platform to attack other websites, spread pirated software, run malicious scripts or try to overload our servers on purpose etc. then we will shut down your website until the issue has been resolved.

    I thought you can't overload it on purpose because it's not affected and does not affect other accounts due to CloudLinux.

      You are 100% correct, you can not overload it on purpose. The question though was in relation to our fair use policy on unlimited bandwidth, emails and databases.

Interested are there any IOPS limits and file handle limits 200k ( about 1.5 Magento instances)
I have seen some hosts like Zuver but they have very limited and had all sorts of issues.

Have you had any experience with Magento 2.x Sites

I assume we can get ssh access on request i.e for updates etc …

P.s would be looking at the pro plan
