Minimum spend A$36.08, maximum discount A$90.20.

Tested and working on gift cards -

All other items - find the item on eBay.com.au and change the .com.au to .co.uk.

10% off also applies for Officeworks, Target and Fantastic Furniture. Postage will need to be paid as there is no C&C option for eBay UK.

10% off for auto parts which are usually excluded from eBay AU sitewide sales.

Note - no GST is charged of the purchased item is from an Australian seller.

How it works -

Option 1:

Find what you want on eBay.com.au then change the URL at the start to eBay.co.uk for easy purchasing.

If above doesn't work then try this.

Option 2:

Considering what happened in the last deal, the country switch doesn't seem to work anymore, so you will most likely have to make a new account at eBay UK to take advantage of this offer.

Add random UK address and use AU mobile to confirm account via SMS then add AU address as preferred/Primary Delivery Addresss .

Tip : Use Dummy email by using existing email to register at eBay UK without creating new email id.

    Thanks OP, it finally worked for me.
    First time 15% paypal was not working (kept selecting credit card as only option for payment) and now it worked, bought 5 gc and received it in 5 minutes o/

          From experience. I bought an iPad pro a few days ago, I was only allowed to use $1500. In fact you can try it now, just do not click "confirm and pay".

        Nope, I used a previously created ebay.co.uk account, and tried to pay today with ebay giftcards bought on the same ebay.co.uk account months ago, which I guess are for ebay.com.au, but I don't know.

          You buy the gift cards on ebay uk.

          Then you buy the goods with your au ebay using the ebay gift cards you bought from ebay uk.

          you can't pay for giftcards using giftcards mate. if you're buying anything else but, you gotta use the giftcards on the au site.

            @CVonC: I wasn't. I was trying to buy general gear (adapters etc) paying with previously bought ebay-au giftcards.
            Buying on ebay-us worked previously, but ebay-uk blocks it at the moment it seems.
            Oh well.

    I am getting error as "You can't apply vouchers at this time.".
    Is there a limit on number of fake UK accounts that you can link to any given single paypal account ?

    I have used 3 fake accounts to get JB gift cards but when I am trying to make transaction on fake 4th address, it is throwing error. Have tried different paypal account too with 4th address but still no luck.

    Any clue on how to get rid of this issue ?

    In ozbargainers opinions, what gift cards are the best to get? Which card or cards are the most lucrative for discount stacking or other reasons? The reason I ask is because someone on here always points out something I have overlooked or not even thought of in the pursuit of a good bargain so I want to know what people are getting.

      I was buying a tv. So i waited till ebay au had a 20% off.

      Then bought tv and paid with the ebay gift card + some extra cash as gc did not cover the whole cost.

      I only buy eBay and WISH gift cards. WISH = groceries/opal card which are necessary for my day to day life and aren't likely to go bust ala dick smith. eBay I can stack for a really good deal on electronics sometimes.

      If I had specific stuff I wanted to buy I would also probably look at ones like Rebel sport or catch. Kogan can also be decent if you stack it up with the cheap mobile plans by buying the vouchers with the gift card. Ubereats / Uber can also be nice if you use them a lot.

      I buy Priceline gift cards and have negotiated with my local Priceline that they charge me the same prices as Chemist Warehouse on prescriptions. So I get 10/15% off, use AMEX to purchase and get better service than CW. Also purchase Priceline gift cards during the Vogue promontory and get 40% off.

      Depends? I have purchased a JB hi-fi gift card with a Westfield's gift voucher. I known that's an odd conversion but I wanted to get some CDs and JB hi-fi Home in Pitt Street mall only sold tech.
