                @ash2000: I'm still using the Prime trial, and last night I did turn on the 'send reminder prior to the next payment' option because I was going to cancel it right before the trial ended!

            @ash2000: Kolkolnut, a lot of people myself included received the product for free (eg i made 6 separate orders so got 6 SD cards for free). I think losing customers in the long term over this blunder was more costly than the loss of money from this.
